We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our
team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position
that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the
growth and development of our company. The successful candidate
will have extensive experience selling into the in the Residential
HVAC and construction industry, with a proven track record of
meeting and exceeding sales targets. The role requires frequent
travel and client visits, and the ability to generate leads and
manage a sales pipeline effectively. Responsibilities: 1. Develop
and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives
for products and services in the assigned territory. 2. Establish
and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors and other key
clients to promote the company's products and services. 3. Deliver
compelling sales presentations to a range of prospective clients,
demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and negotiation skills. 4.
Utilize CRM software to track sales, monitor client interactions,
and manage a robust sales pipeline. 5. Prospect and develop new
business opportunities to ensure a steady stream of sales leads. 6.
Manage a team of outside sales representatives, providing coaching
and guidance to ensure they meet their individual sales targets. 7.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
and resolve any issues that may arise. 8. Keep abreast of market
trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to
identify potential opportunities for growth. Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or
equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years in outside sales. 3.
Proven experience in the HVAC and construction industry, with a
strong network of contacts among HVAC contractors. 4. Demonstrated
ability to manage a sales territory effectively, with a hunter
mentality and a strong focus on prospecting and business
development. 5. Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills,
with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of
stakeholders. 6. Proficient in the use of CRM software to track
sales and manage client relationships. 7. Willingness to travel
frequently for client visits and other business needs. 8. Strong
leadership skills, with experience in managing a team of sales
representatives. 9. In-depth product knowledge, with the ability to
articulate the features and benefits of our products convincingly.
10. Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline
