of a quarter-million people.The Clinical Informatics Analyst will
be committed to the overall success of the Organization. The
Clinical Informatics Analyst will actively participate in the
planning, development, implementation, education and training of
the clinical and operational documentation that affects patient
care and the overall adoption of new technologies. Provides
analytical and operational expertise to the Electronic Medical
Record (EMR) and other related system initiatives. In addition,
works closely with clinical IT staff to ensure seamless integration
between clinical function and system capabilities. Other
responsibilities include: call support both on-site and as needed,
clinical education of new systems functionality and remedial
updates, provider education of new systems functionality, remedial
updates and troubleshooting, issue identification including follow
ups and resolutions, process improvement identification and
clinical observation assessment and service lines attendance. They
must keep updated on the organizations policies and procedures
ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and maintenance of overall principles
for safe design and use of order sets, with a focus on workflow
design, and evidence based practices to improve overall patient
outcomes through enhanced technology and workflow process
improvements.Maintain liaison with representative professional
organizations and electronic data processing equipment
manufacturers to exchange information on procedures and work
methods; evaluate new facilities for application and implementation
of a standardized hosp Executes assigned project tasks in
accordance with project schedule. Provides support and enables
application and systems design standardization of
physician,medication management, and clinical documentation and
workflow Consistently delivers high-quality services to business
stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to identify, resolve, and
escalate situations as they occur to ensure appropriate resolutions
to the situation and openly communicate with various stakeholders.
Prioritize requests to ensure the organizational needs are met in
coordination with the various market and organizational
leaders.Assist in the deployment of Electronic Health Record
platform and other clinical information systems for all clients
throughout the organization as necessary. Assist with the
development and implementation of the necessary technical training
and support to end users. Assist with the development of the
necessary policy and procedures necessary to address the particular
applications Participate in, support and may lead training classes
when warranted with ongoing projects Supports the Information
Technology Team, Clinical Operations, and the Clinical
representatives/leaders from the affected markets to ensure changes
and needs are coordinated effectively and timely. Keeps management
informed of staff levels skill with applications. Prioritizes and
resolves technical issues. Provides input and guidance to identify
system deficiencies and analyze system problems and solutions.
Strives to develop knowledge of emerging industry practices when
solving business problems. Problem solves application and workflow
issues and works through barriers to achieve results by
collaborating effectively with users and the Information Technology
staff QualificationsEducation:Certification or Associate's Degree
in Healthcare field (ex. Pharmacy Certified Technician Certified
Radiology Technician, Certified Respiratory Therapist) required.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related Healthcare
field preferred. Master's degree in healthcare, business, or
healthcare related field desired.Certification and
Licensure:Requires certification as a Registered Nurse (RN),
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Medical Assistant (MA), Certified
Professional Coder (CPC), Pharmacy Certified Technician, Certified
Radiology Technician, Certified Respiratory Therapist or at least 1
years' experience in related field.Licensure in home state; Compact
