Description We are a seeking an experienced assembler and machine
operator who has the ability to perform a wide variety of
electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product
assembly operations on product components, assemblies or
sub-assemblies. Second Shift position: Noon to 8:30, OT and
Saturdays when needed. What you'll do The essential functions and
key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited
to: /n - Follow production drawings, procedures and work
instructions in detail, understands and applies established
workmanship practices for all facets of satellites, medical,
defense/aerospace and high reliability industrial applications /n -
Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the
manufacturing process. /n - Operate and set up Dage 400 and K & S
4124 Manual Wire Bonding equipment to perform thermosonic gold wire
and aluminum wire bonding. /n - Strong problem-solving abilities.
/n - Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates, quality
control and process engineers to ensure product meets strict
specifications. /n - Attentiveness to details and adherence to
safety and cleanliness protocols are essential. /n - Assist with
training as required. /n - Perform Bond Pull, Die Shear and Sheer
Strength Test as determined by Supervisor. /n - Delicate hand
assembly of electronics devices using solder, epoxy, and wire
bonding techniques specifically under the microscopes. /n - Inspect
completed work to quality requirements. /n /n What you need /n -
Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge.
Experience with small parts, small hand tools, equipment, and
microscope. /n - Ability to read and work from engineer drawings,
work instructions and bills of material to understand the required
parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly. /n -
Possess a solid, quality minded work ethic and a strong attention
to detail with a strong desire for precision and accuracy when
executing job duties. /n - Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD
control.) /n - Must be able to work overtime if required, on short
notice. /n - High School Diploma and basic computer skills are a
necessity. /n - A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in a
manufacturing assembly, production environment, or cleanroom
