Responsibilities TIG weld stainless steel and Inconel sheets to
produce high-precision aerospace components. Select appropriate
weld materials, including wire, based on job requirements. Prepare
materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and performing
fabrication tasks. Interpret complex blueprints and follow detailed
work instructions with minimal supervision. Cross-train and learn
new machines on the production line. Essential Skills Experience in
TIG welding with at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in
welding multiple gauges of stainless steel and Inconel. Ability to
interpret complex blueprints. Familiarity with using calipers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Specific experience welding
multiple gauges of stainless steel and Inconel. Why Work Here? We

is clean, climate-controlled, and operates with a small team size.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out
of Middletown, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position
is $25.30 - $25.30/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some
benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of
employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to
