(ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1
year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings.

considered. A position is available for a skilled Sign Language
Interpreter to support communication needs within a school setting
in Bossier City, LA. This role involves facilitating effective
communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students, educators,
and staff to ensure an inclusive educational environment. Key
Responsibilities: Interpret spoken language into American Sign
Language (ASL) and vice versa in classroom and other school
activities. Assist deaf or hard-of-hearing students in accessing
instruction and participating fully in academic and extracurricular
activities. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and
administrators to support students communication needs. Maintain
confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Travel to
different school locations as required to provide interpretation
services. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Proficiency in
American Sign Language (ASL) with demonstrated interpreting skills.
Experience working in educational settings preferred. Ability to
interpret accurately and in real-time. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and
travel as needed. Location: Bossier City, Louisiana This
