Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION: The role involves expediting, routing, and
dispatching materials and parts in alignment with production
schedules and commitments. Responsibilities include reviewing the
master production schedule to identify potential and actual
shortages, alerting relevant authorities to potential issues, and
generating progress reports on schedule status. The position
requires maintaining records of completed orders and taking
appropriate action to expedite materials, such as ordering repairs
for damaged materials or arranging in-house material
transportation. Additionally, the role involves reporting on
completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and
schedule modifications. Basic Required Qualifications High school
diploma required; no college degree necessary Forklift experience
(2 years) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (1 year) Experience
in a team work environment Strong verbal and written communication
skills Ability to multi-task and demonstrate good time management
skills Safety shoes are required for this position Benefits The
