About the Role: Nuvant Roofing is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to grow our residential roofing business through direct-to-home outreach and in-person consultations. This is a field-based, hunter-style sales role for professionals who enjoy working independently, owning their results, and building income through consistent activity and strong closing skills. What You’ll Do: Prospect assigned neighborhoods to generate inspections Set and run homeowner appointments Perform roof inspections and explain findings clearly Present roofing solutions and close residential deals Follow Nuvant’s proven sales process and playbook Track activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM Maintain consistent field activity to build momentum What We’re Looking For: Mindset & Work Style Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Accountable with strong follow-through Confident speaking with homeowners Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented Comfortable in a commission-only environment Experience (Preferred): Door-to-door (D2D) sales experience Roofing, solar, pest control, home improvement, or commission-based sales No licensing required at hire — we guide you through the process What We Provide: You bring the effort — we provide the infrastructure: Proven sales playbook structured training Scripts, messaging, and sales tools CRM and tracking systems Leadership with real field sales experience Strong back-end operations and organized production Professional brand focused on trust and customer experience Schedule / Expectations: Successful reps typically: Work a consistent weekly schedule Prospect daily Build volume and pipeline over time Success in Your First 90 Days: Top reps demonstrate: Daily prospecting consistency Weekly growth in inspections and appointments First deals closed within 30–45 days Strong adherence to process High energy and coachability Hiring Process (Important): We are selectively hiring 15–20 total sales representatives.
