Sherwin-Williams invites you to join our Management & Sales
Training Program designed to prepare you for a dynamic career in
our retail business sector. This program is tailored for ambitious

clientele ranging from professional painters to weekend DIYers.
Participants will undergo rigorous training in product knowledge,
sales techniques, leadership skills, and store operations, all
while fostering a solid foundation in the business strategies that
have made Sherwin-Williams a global leader in the paint and
coatings industry. Complete various stages of training on product
knowledge, color consultation, and customer service. Develop skills
in business management, inventory control, and financial oversight.
Assist in creating competitive sales strategies and meeting sales
targets. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through
excellent service. Manage relationships with clients, addressing
both professional and consumer markets. Contribute to the overall
functioning of a Sherwin-Williams retail store. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to lead a team and
foster a competitive sales environment Proficiency in data analysis
and sales forecasting Effective customer service and
problem-solving abilities Technical knowledge of paints, coatings,
and related products is advantageous Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales training or
leadership development programs are a plus but not required.
Familiarity with retail management systems or CRM software is
advantageous.
