and organized Multiline Manager to join the team. This role focuses
on supporting customers across multiple product lines and
contributing to the overall success of the agency through
relationship management, outreach, and team coordination. Primary
Responsibilities Engage with new and existing customers to discuss
available product options. Assist customers in reviewing insurance
and financial service offerings. Coordinate daily operations across
multiple business areas to help meet office objectives. Monitor
performance metrics and support ongoing marketing efforts.
Contribute to team development through communication, coaching, and
collaboration. Qualifications Experience in the insurance industry
with proven cross-sell results preferred. Strong communication and
leadership abilities. Organized, dependable, and able to manage
multiple priorities. Interest in professional growth within an
agency environment. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary
state insurance licenses.
