Sales . In this role, you will be responsible for working as part
of our sales team to identify and close opportunities for new
customers, develop sales strategies, and promote our incredible

Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives
as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations,
and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real
Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers,
etc. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and
compliance requirements. Prospecting and generating new business
through leads & referral sources. Be outstanding at relationship
building. Work independently and as part of a team. Attend industry
events to network and build relationships. Develop and implement
new marketing and sales strategies. Requirements Possess a genuine
willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be
coachable. Create relationships from a cold start. Be a fantastic
presenter. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Must have
ability to multi-task. Must be awesome at opening doors and getting
appointments from a cold start. A Property & Casualty insurance
license is required. Successful sales background. Driven and
goal-oriented individual.
