Job Description:
As an Account Executive at Johnson Controls, you will have the
unique opportunity to contribute to the safety and efficiency of
buildings across various industries by launching innovative
security and fire solutions. This role entails leveraging Johnson
Controls' market-leading technologies and services to meet complex
customer needs and drive transformative outcomes in building
security and fire safety systems. Identify and cultivate new
business opportunities by driving strategic conversations with
senior client executives in targeted industries. Develop and
execute sales strategies for security and fire system solutions
that align with customer requirements and Johnson Controls'
business goals. Maintain a deep knowledge of Johnson Controls
products and services to create compelling customer propositions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product
development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer
experience from initial contact through installation and follow-up
support. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close,
including contract negotiation and signing. Meet and exceed
quarterly and annual sales targets, actively contributing to the
overall revenue goals of the company. Provide customer feedback to
the product and marketing teams to help shape future development.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and
regulatory environments to ensure agile and strategic sales
approaches. Prepare detailed and accurate sales forecasting and
manage client data in the company's CRM system. Proven track record
in sales, especially within the security and fire systems field
Strong understanding of CRM software and sales performance tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to
navigate complex sales cycles Strategic and analytical thinking
