ensuring the highest standards of providing clients with prompt,
professional, warm, and courteous service while handling other
operational responsibilities. What impact you can create at CHANEL:
Repair Drop Off & Pick Up Assist client at repair drop off and
perform initial assessment on repair possibility with clientManage
client expectations by communicating repair details, condition,
spare part possibility and repair lead timeEnter all required
detailed information in CASS and generate a claimAssist client at
pick up by confirming all agreed repair requests at drop off are
completed, process pos transaction for payment or close the claim
Operational Responsibilities Responsible for Open Claims Report for
both Fashion and WFJAssist and partner with inventory team on all
quality alerts for boutiqueQuality check on all returned repairs
from all workshopsFollow up with client through the life cycle of
repairs which includes status updates, quality assessment,
quotation approvals, etc..Maintain active communication with all
workshopsRespond all emails within a timely mannerProcess all
incoming and outgoing stock repairs in CASS and MMSCoordinate with
clients and workshops on shipping and receivingPartner with
boutique other team members on client escalationsProcess boutique

client service. Compensation: The anticipated base hourly range for
this position is $23.00 through $26.00. Base hourly is one
component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms
of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other
