Together, we won't stop!The Sr Analyst, SC Business Solutions provides business leadership by solving complex problems, making recommendations with well thought out supporting rationale and deep understanding of organizational impacts (people, process & technology). Able to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to deliver innovative solutions to business problems and/or new capabilities. Brings a deep business knowledge in one or more relevant disciplines combined with a strong technical curiosity, strong critical thinking skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions. Monitors industry trends and technology advancements to develop a POV on application at T-Mobile. May lead a team of contract resources on either a short-term (project) or long-term (outsourced support team) basis. This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability, for existing and new applications supporting various business channels. This position understands how organizations function to accomplish their purpose, and defines capabilities an organization requires to provide a service or meet their goals. This position facilitates communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units in order to create requirement work products for solution providers. This role plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery. This role provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. This role assesses system impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service related initiatives.Responsibilities:-A guide at eliciting and evaluating information gathered from various sources, reconciles conflicts,decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a more generalunderstanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguishsolution ideas from requests.-Understands how policies, systems and processes impacts requests/projects.-Develops business knowledge and understanding among business systems analysts and project team members.-Brokers consensus among team members with conflicting needs.-Invests in partner management and possesses ability gain partner trust.-Facilitates requirement sessions with customers and creates comprehensive work productsdocumenting requirements, including validation and traceability of requests. Has understanding on howprojects align to broader organizational goals and business benefit.-Applies modeling approach to represent requirement information in graphical forms that augment textual representation.-Develops a business analysis work-plan to lead own tasks, work, schedule and provides information to partners and Project Management. Depends on other knowledge area BSA's in development of their work-plans.-Provides SME leadership and consulting support on complex tasks. Initiate and implement initiatives to improve the processes, procedures, and tools applied by the team. Reviews work and provides input for other analysts. Solid understanding of all business channels.-Gives to process improvement initiatives.-Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.Qualifications:- 2-4 years working experience of systems analysis experience with understanding strategic business information systems.- Experience with SharePoint.- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline.#LI-CorporateWashington Pay Range: $112,200 - $151,800o The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.o At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.
