Description: M Roberts Media, the largest marketing company in East Texas, is hiring a smart and creative Multimedia Consultant. This position can be located in Tyler or Longview.

A Multimedia Consultant for M. Roberts Media should be thoughtful, creative, relationship-oriented, organized, possess an attention to detail and is the first to get in the mix when helping means the chance to lead by example.

You understand how today's consumers interact online, including the importance of solid content in getting those customers to engage. Prior 2 to 3 years marketing experience and demonstrated competency in copywriting, photography, graphic design, and/or video is required.

ABOUT THE JOB:
Multimedia Consultants serve as the primary link between M. Roberts Media and its clients and with guidance from the Director of Advertising. Multimedia Consultants are responsible for the development and execution of short- and long-term marketing plans, budgets, and goals for their clients.

Responsibilities:
Multimedia Consultants retain significant fulfillment responsibilities and contribute to the production of the majority of content and creative materials used in traditional, digital, and inbound marketing campaigns. As such, the Multimedia Consultant is both a marketing consultant and plan designer
Multimedia Consultants work with the Director of Advertising to set and track client growth goals (examples: lead generation, audience growth, conversions, etc.) and meet weekly with the director to track progress and plan changes
M. Roberts Media Multimedia Consultants are also frequently called upon to assist with producing materials used in the company's marketing of its news products
Selling into legacy publications, special sections and magazines housed under each operating group within the M Roberts Media family: Tyler Morning Telegraph, Longview News Journal, Kilgore News Herald, Marshall News Messenger, Panola Watchman, Victoria Advocate
Selling sponsorships into special events in East Texas, to include, but not limited to: Best of Preps in Tyler and Longview, Best of East Texas, Best in Town, ETX View 40 under 40 as well as Online contesting for clients to help grow social media
Connecting with clients and sponsors to coordinate all items surrounding their campaigns/sponsorships
Internally working with production teams to coordinate traffic and implementation for campaigns and tactics
Success management for on-going campaigns
Working with graphic designers, videographers, photographers and writers that may be in-house employees or freelancers, to create engaging content, videography, photography, etc.
