Job Description:

Earn up to $100K per driver for team runs or Teams can earn up to $200K combined annually!

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Health Care Subsidy
* If driver elects the healthcare, the company pays 60% of the employee only rate (typically around $250/month) If driver declines the healthcare, Warrior still pays 'cash-in-lieu-of-benefits' of $200/month to help cover healthcare expenses (I know of no other company that does this).
* Sign-On Bonus of $500 per driver (half paid first paycheck, second half after 90 days.
* Vacation: 1 week per year/increases to 2 weeks per year after 3 years with Warrior
* Bonuses: Signing bonus / Annual bonus / Safety bonuses / numerous other types of bonuses can be earned
* Free uniforms (not mandatory to wear, but FedEx Ground has an online store if drivers want uniforms, and the company pays for it all)

PAY

* Earn up to $100K per driver for team runs or Teams can earn up to $200K combined annually!

HOMETIME

* Home Weekly option (5 days and 2 days weekend off). Typically Tues-Sat w/Sun, Mon off
* Can run more if they want

TYPE OF DRIVERS

* True Teams or
* Solo to Team (They will help pair them up with another driver.)

Orientation

* Location: Typically at the FedEx Ground hub or at a hotel conference room nearby.
* Travel to Orientation: Most drivers live in the same region as where orientation is held, and so they manage their own transportation.
* Orientation Length: Approximately one-half day, sometimes a little more.

Customer / Freight

* FedEx Ground
* No Touch Freight
* Drop & Hook (No loading docks)

Driving Experience

* 1yr of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3yrs (OTR)
* 5yrs of tractor-trailer experience in the past 10yrs (OTR)

Additional Information

* Equipment: Brand New Freightliner Cascadias (2020/2021)
* Automatics
* Fully Equipped: Refrigerators, Flat Screen TVs, Microwaves, Sirius XM, Inverters.
