As a Superintendent, you will manage day-to-day activities on various projects, ensuring that all construction work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. • Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure proper execution of project plans and schedules.
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and construction regulations, enforcing OSHA standards on the job site.
• Manage and direct construction crews, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, ensuring adherence to plans and design specifications.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, collaborating with team members and clients to ensure project success.
• Track and manage materials, tools, and resources, ensuring all are available as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation of daily activities, including progress reports, safety reports, and time logs.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintaining open communication and providing project updates.The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Commercial and Multifamily Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience overseeing commercial, industrial, or large-scale multifamily development projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, project specifications, and technical documents.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft, Procore, Etc.) and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Ability to pass a background check.Benefits:
