Job Description:

A company is looking for a Jr. Customer Success Executive (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Review failed payment activity and communicate with customers to avoid service disruption
Manage assigned post-sales activities to ensure consistent client engagement and identify opportunities for upgrades
Act as a liaison for customers to address technical questions and assist in project managing new-customer implementations

Required Qualifications

1+ year of work experience in Customer Success
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and business value to customers
Experience using applications such as HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and Google Suite
Ability to work effectively, independently, and remotely
Proactive mindset regarding customer engagement and account health
