Job DescriptionAs a Delivery Specialist, you will perform outstanding vehicle deliveries, ensuring that the customers begin their Toyota ownership experience with full knowledge of their vehicle's operation.Special emphasis will be placed on educating customers and ensuring that they have a strong level of comfort with the operation of the high-tech features and functions of their new vehicle. Candidates must have the ability to work on Saturdays.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that each vehicle has met all pre-delivery requirements
• Assess customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery
• Program personalized settings prior to the customer delivery
• Set expectations for length of delivery with each customer
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies
• Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues
• Direct customers to additional information resources
• Deliver a superior Mercedes-Benz experience
• Answer product questions
• Troubleshoot vehicle technology features
• Attend product training courses
• Keep current on all new products, features and accessoriesQUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior sales experience plus
