child?Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking a Behavioral
Support Specialist for our Behavioral Health Services. The Behavior
Support Specialist is responsible for the direct provision of
in-home and community-based rehabilitation and support services to
children in the community; assuming a functional role in providing
life/parenting skills, medication maintenance, case management
services, and crisis support services. This position will require
flexible work hours to include nights and weekends.EDUCATION,
LICENSURE AND/OR EXPERIENCEBachelors degree in social work,
psychology, mental health or related human services field. At least
one (1) year of previous experience working with youth in a mental
health setting. Masters degree preferred.OTHER REQUIREMENTSValid
driver's licenseProof of current Auto Registration, Inspection and
InsuranceDriving Record (three years) from the state in which the
driver's license is validMust submit to and pass a pre-employment
drug test.Must submit to and pass random drug tests during
employment.Must successfully pass all background screens as
required by the state.Must be 21 years of age or older.COMPANY
