Magazine's Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing businesses!About the role: The Account Executive (AE) assumes responsibility for achieving financial goals by implementing marketing and sales strategies, in the assigned territory, aimed at effectively selling and promoting Traditions portfolio of services to healthcare professionals (HCPs). The AE is also accountable to execute educational activities with key accounts and preferred provider relationships to ensure that the customer understand Traditions value proposition. What you will do: Educate physicians and other health care professionals about Traditions portfolio of services and special programs, providing the most current information in a compliant mannerAnalyze the assigned territory to understand referral patterns and decision-making processes to maximize productivityAchieve individual sales goals and productivity objectives by identifying key decision makers (Physicians, health care providers, etc.) within assigned accountsUtilize all approved available resources to educate HCP and staff on our programs and servicesMake sufficient number of sales calls to meet with 8-10 decision makers per day.Collaborate with office staff to assist with patient admissions processDemonstrate understanding of customer affiliations such as Medical Groups, Health Systems, and Local Clinics and uses this to identify business opportunities and tailor approach to customer needsUtilize understanding of the territory market including current market conditions, competitive market trends, priorities, and patient needs to develop and execute territory business plansDemonstrate professionalism and a customer-focused approach with internal and external stakeholders by actively listening, identifying and addressing customers needsDevelops and sustains internal relationships by collaborating across functions (e.g. Operations, Clinical, Social Workers, etc.) by proactively sharing appropriate knowledge and business opportunities to impact customersUnderstand and work through physician, hospital other clinical facilities, case management and discharge planning processesMeet the required quotas and goals; including meeting the monthly targeted territory admission goals.Develop and implement sales plans that are consistent with market analysis and reflect current potential referral sourcesMaintain a weekly call plan of targeted referral sources and manage time and resources to complete the planBuild strong relationships with referral sources and demonstrate the Traditions commitment to excellence in patient careUse data that is provided on customers and competitors to execute strategies that promote the benefits of Traditions offerings in your territoryAttend weekly sales calls/meetings.Meets minimum administrative standards: a. Document the minimum expectation of sales calls daily in CRM (including pre and post call notes); b. Maintain a complete, up-to-date record of targeted referral sources in territory in CRM.Maintain accurate expense reports, weekly territory reports and account profile sheets.
