Job Description Job Description LHH is partnering with a
well-established law firm in Nashville, Tennessee, to recruit an
experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal. This is an excellent
opportunity for a detail-oriented and client-focused paralegal who
enjoys supporting sophisticated estate planning and administration
matters in a collaborative, professional environment. The Trusts &
Estates Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to support
estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters, while
maintaining direct interaction with clients and outside
professionals. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational
skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters
with accuracy and discretion. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys
with estate planning and estate administration matters, including
trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related documents Draft,
review, proofread, and format estate planning and probate documents
Prepare and organize probate filings and supporting documentation
Manage and maintain client files, calendars, deadlines, and tickler
systems Communicate professionally with clients, financial
institutions, courts, and outside professionals Coordinate
execution of estate planning documents and notarizations Assist
with trust funding, asset transfers, and preparation of related
documentation Track and organize assets, liabilities, and
distributions for estates and trusts Support billing, time entry,
and expense tracking as needed Provide general administrative and
case management support to attorneys Qualifications: Minimum of
three (3) years of experience as a Trusts & Estates or Estate
Planning Paralegal Strong knowledge of estate planning and probate
procedures and documentation Excellent organizational, written, and
verbal communication skills High attention to detail with the
ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Professional
demeanor and strong client service orientation Ability to work
independently while effectively supporting attorneys Proficiency
with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Experience with probate courts and trust administration preferred
Education & Experience: Paralegal certificate or equivalent
professional experience preferred Bachelor's degree a plus, but not
