recruiting for a law firm in the Nashville area! This is a great
opportunity to support partner-level attorneys with a fast-paced,
highly active commercial litigation practice. If you thrive in an

challenge, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Support
an experienced commercial litigation attorney by preparing legal
documents, pleadings, and professional correspondence. Manage,
organize, and maintain comprehensive case files in both physical
and electronic formats. Coordinate and schedule meetings, client
communications, witness interactions, and other professional
appointments. Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as
agreements, contracts, and case filings. Schedule depositions,
hearings, and other litigation-related deadlines and events. Assist
with general administrative tasks, including calendar management
and phone communications. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of
experience as a paralegal or legal assistant. Experience within
Commercial Litigation. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and
legal software tools. Exceptional attention to detail and
organizational skills. Clear, professional written and verbal
communication abilities. Document and case-management experience.
