with a strong real estate practice is seeking an experienced Real
Estate Attorney to join its team. This role offers the opportunity
to handle both transactional and litigation matters in a
collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Represent
clients in commercial real estate transactions, including
acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing Draft,
negotiate, and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents,
and other related contracts Advise clients on zoning, land use,
title, and development matters Conduct due diligence, title and
survey review, and risk analysis for real estate transactions
Handle real estate litigation matters, including contract disputes,
landlord-tenant issues, and title disputes Represent clients in
mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings related to real
estate matters Work closely with lenders, developers, and corporate
clients to structure deals efficiently Assist with real estate
aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and
acquisitions Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school and
active state bar membership 3-10 years of experience in commercial
real estate transactions and litigation at a law firm or in-house
legal department Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical
skills Litigation experience, including handling pleadings,
discovery, and court appearances Experience with real estate
