Details Job Details: We are seeking a driven Construction
Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team. This unique
role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong
background in construction litigation and consumer protection. As a
key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a wide
variety of complex construction disputes, while also ensuring
consumer protection. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to
work on high-profile cases, develop strategic litigation plans, and
contribute to the overall success of our firm. Responsibilities: 1.
Manage all aspects of construction litigation, including discovery,
depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial
execution. 2. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
to protect our clients' rights and interests. 3. Provide expert
legal advice on construction law matters, including contract
disputes, construction defects, delay claims, and consumer
protection issues. 4. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals,
and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling of
construction litigation cases. 5. Represent clients in court,
arbitration, and mediation proceedings. 6. Conduct comprehensive
legal research and analysis to support case preparation and
strategy development. 7. Draft and review legal documents,
including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements. 8.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in construction law
and consumer protection regulations. 9. Foster strong relationships
with clients, providing them with exceptional service and expert
legal representation. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree
from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar of
Texas 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably
construction 4. Proven track record in handling complex
construction disputes and consumer protection issues. 5.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills. 6. Excellent
negotiation and advocacy skills. 7. Ability to manage multiple
cases and projects effectively, meeting deadlines without
compromising quality. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, with a keen eye for detail. 9. Proficiency in using legal
research tools and software. 10. Outstanding communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships with clients and colleagues. 11. High level of
professionalism and ethical standards. 12. Commitment to ongoing
