Job Description:

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity & Privacy Attorney to join its legal team.
Key Responsibilities

Support cybersecurity incident response and manage privacy and data breach incidents
Provide strategic legal support to the Privacy and Cybersecurity Legal team
Advise on the development and implementation of the global cybersecurity program

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the United States
At least 5 years post-qualification experience in privacy/data protection and cybersecurity law
Relevant experience in a multinational organization, preferably in the tech/digital space
Substantive knowledge of U.S. and global data protection and cybersecurity laws and regulations
