complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software
design frameworks Sets up and manags POC's to evaluate the
feasibility and impact of new technologies and methodologies,
ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements
Leads AI innovation initiativese by identifying opportunies to
integrat artificial intelligence into existing and new products,
enhancing the firm's technological capabilities Drives the adoption
of best practices in software development and AI integration,
ensuring high standards of quality, security, and efficiency are
maintained across all projects Explores and develop strategies for
the implementation of cutting-edge technologies across the
organization, ensuring they align with the firm's long-term
objective Advises cross-functional teams on technological matters
within your domain of expertise Contributes to the development of
technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest
product development methodologies Creates durable, reusable
software frameworks that are leveraged across teams and functions
Influences leaders and senior stakeholders across business,
product, and technology teams Champions the firm’s culture of
diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect Required qualifications,
capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on
software engineering concepts and 10 years applied experience
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application
development, testing, and operational stability Expert in Java
programming language Strong skillset in AI Advanced knowledge of
software application development and technical processes with
considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical
disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine
learning, mobile, etc.) Experience applying expertise and new
methods to determine solutions for complex technology problems in
one or more technical disciplines Experience within cloud
technologies Ability to present and effectively communicate with
Senior Leaders and Executives Understanding of the business
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills AWS
Certifications Artificial Intelligence Certifications
