Job Description Senior Product Designer Location: Irving, TX (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to support a strategic Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Lending Platform initiative. This role will define and deliver the target-state experience vision across both employee-facing and client-facing digital experiences. This is a high-impact role operating at both strategic and execution levels , partnering closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and compliant enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product design efforts for a complex lending platform initiative Define experience strategy and future-state vision for internal and external users Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction models using Figma Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into intuitive user experiences Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Business teams Influence design direction across multiple teams and senior stakeholders Deliver compelling storytelling and presentations to leadership Contribute to scalable design systems and collaborative workflows Required Qualifications 7 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Experience Strategy, or Design Research Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design tools Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise platform and complex workflow design Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services, banking, lending, or regulated environments Background designing complex B2B or enterprise platforms Experience supporting both employee-facing and client-facing experiences Familiarity with digital product management, systems analysis, or large-scale digital platforms Ideal Candidate Profile Strategic thinker who can define experience vision while executing detailed design artifacts Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex enterprise ecosystems Strong stakeholder management and executive storytelling abilities Experience designing for regulated, risk-aware environments
