Anesthesiology Department is hiring an IR / IT Manager to manage
the departmental IR Team. The ideal candidate will have strong
experience leading complex administrative operations in an academic
and clinical setting, with the ability to translate data into
actionable insights that support administrative, clinical,
educational, and faculty missions. We are seeking someone who can
manage cross-functional workflows, drive process improvements, and
ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should bring demonstrated leadership skills, a
collaborative approach, and the ability to supervise staff while

benefits! EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required - Education Bachelor's
Degree - Experience 6 years of technical skill responsibilities and
2 years of supervisory experience and Experience to include
website, software applications, hardware (PC's and MAC's) and
operations of network servers. Preferred - Experience Strong SQL
Experience Strong Python Experience JOB DUTIES - Serves as the
technical expert for operating an environment in traditional areas
of system programming and involvement in system planning. Makes
design recommendations for products. - Cross institutional
assistance to all parties to debug, enhance, and educate users in
regards to operating environments and design for all faculty
members. Builds high customer satisfaction by managing end-users
expectations, and complex technical issues clearly that will be
easily communicated. Documents agreed-upon resolutions. - Ensures
that departmental users have appropriate computer equipment, access
to systems and workplace support. Follows up with clients to ensure
successful completion of tasks. - Resolves bugs in a timely manner
and enforce quality assurance standards by developing high quality
coding that is reusable, well-documented, stable, efficient and
defect-free. - Ensures code is thoroughly tested to avoid
production defects or complaints. Works independently to research
and resolve problems and reports out findings with others during
technical meetings. - Builds infrastructure and participates in
projects that support the goals and advancement of the department.
- Ensures successful completion of departmental tasks in a timely
manner. - Responsible to ensure that department and staff adhere to
and protect security of data cross institutionally. IT regulatory
and institutional compliance regulations. This includes management
of access to the departmental drive space. - Demonstrates senior
experience and leadership and provides supervision, oversight and
mentoring to lower level engineers and/or technical support
specialists. - Understands emerging technologies in the marketplace
and uses new improvements in technology and standards to further
develop high-quality systems. - Responsible for the technical
aspects of the Webpage and responsible for the design, develop and
maintain the creation of the intranet homepage for all Division
Leaders. - May perform usability studies to continually improve
technical and software support within the department. - Performs
