As an Executive Recruiter, you will: Job Description Recruits, interviews, and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs. This is a Fulltime, Contract opportunity. Required Skills & Qualifications This position requires experience recruiting Director and VP level role. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business and 7 years dedicated and recent Executive Recruiting experience Experience with one or more applicant tracking systems, sourcing techniques, and developing candidate databases. Experience directing activities of recruiters that are supporting talent acquisition initiatives. Very strong and dedicated Executive Recruiting experience. (Healthcare is strongly preferred, but not 100% necessary) Pay Rate: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
