Job Description:
BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a dynamic Hiring Event
Coordinator to join our Retail Operations team. This role is
pivotal for orchestrating and executing hiring events that support
the staffing needs across our warehouse locations. The Coordinator
will plan and manage all aspects of hiring events, from initial
planning to final assessments of candidates, ensuring a seamless
experience that aligns with BJs commitment to excellence and
service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to directly
impact our workforce quality and availability, supporting our
mission to provide high-quality products at everyday low prices.
Design and implement comprehensive plans for hiring events,
ensuring alignment with organizational staffing needs. Coordinate
with HR and department heads to define role requirements and screen
potential candidates. Manage logistics for events, including venue
selection, staffing, materials, and follow-up. Monitor and report
on the effectiveness of hiring events and ROI in terms of
recruitment metrics. Cultivate a positive candidate experience to
enhance brand reputation and attract top talent. Strong
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in HR software and recruitment marketing platforms
Understanding of labor laws and hiring practices Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Human
Resources (PHR/SPHR) preferred.
