A company is looking for a Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities

Organize and screen resumes, connecting candidates with hiring managers
Follow up with hiring managers post-interview to assess candidate placements
Consult with leadership to understand job requirements and maintain compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

1+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in maintaining recruiting information in databases and Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Friendly and upbeat personality reflecting core values
