to lead our fine dining team in Ohio. This is an exceptional

General Manager, you are the cornerstone of our operation. Your
leadership will dictate the overall performance of the restaurant,
ensuring that service standards are not just met but consistently
exceeded across both Front and Back of House operations. Key
responsibilities include: Operational Excellence: Oversee daily
restaurant operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring a seamless
guest experience. Team Leadership: Lead by example with enthusiasm.
Your primary role is to motivate, inspire, and mentor your team,
fostering their professional growth and career development.
Financial Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of P&L
management, controlling costs effectively across the entire
facility while driving top-line sales. Administrative Management:
Balance administrative duties with a strong floor presence during
peak service hours. Candidate Requirements We are looking for
leaders with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience
specifically within a fine dining environment. Financial Skills:
Must possess strong P&L knowledge and a proven ability to drive
sales and build profit. Availability: Night and weekend
availability is mandatory. Communication: Exceptional communication
skills are essential for success in this role. Education: A college
or culinary degree is preferred, though not required. Bonus
