Job Description:

A company is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Associate.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional and personalized service to customers via email, social media, and live chat within a 24-hour SLA window
Navigate multiple order management systems and assist with order status and product details
Offer styling and jewelry care advice while cultivating a warm and inviting customer service culture

Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience in E-commerce Customer Service
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mentality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility
Computer savvy
Experience with jewelry or luxury brands is a plus
