Opportunity Highlights Schedule: May 22, 7am - May 29, 7am Job Setting: Hospital - Community Health Systems, Trauma Level 3, PEDS Level 3 Types of Cases: Inpatient consults, ED consults, transfers. Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, injection of varices. ERCP diagnostic and therapeutic. PEG placement. Esophageal dilatation/manometry and interpretation. Small bowel biopsy. Lower GI endoscopy including flexible and rigid sigmoidoscopy. Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyp. Liver biopsy. Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube.
