Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Tyler, Texas,

Travel experience preferred Description: This position is for a
Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical nursing. The
shift consists of three 12-hour night shifts per week. Candidates
must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Travel
experience is preferred for this role. Experience with Epic
charting is required. The unit cares for a diverse patient
population, including young adults through geriatrics. The
patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:6. Half of the scheduled shifts will
include weekend work. This unit has telemetry capabilities and
receives patients with a broad range of care needs. Specific skills
required for this role include monitoring and interpreting
dysrhythmias, management of renal failure, and wound care.
Registered Nurses in this position will also be responsible for
administering blood products and managing IV access. The nursing
team will receive interdisciplinary support from various services
