Pleasant, TX. Practice Overview:Outpatient clinic with average patient volume of 18–20 per day Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with ½ day of admin time Collaborative environment with support from advanced practice clinicians Epic EMR system in both outpatient and inpatient settings New state-of-the-art campus opening in 2026 including Primary Care, Cardiology, ER, Imaging, Lab, Pharmacy, and Physical Therapy Innovative AI-integrated systems to streamline documentation and enhance work-life balance Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with productivity incentives Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance CME allowance with dedicated CME time Comprehensive malpractice and tail coverage Student loan repayment up to $125k (25k/year beginning after year 1, if eligible) Residency stipend available Comprehensive health benefits (Medical / Dental / Vision / Life / Disability) Retirement plan with employer match No state income tax in Texas About the Area:Mt.
