Base salary annual bonus CNMs take first call , with OB/GYNs
providing backup Manageable call schedule with more days off than

quality, outcomes, and sustainability About the Role Provide
full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care across the lifespan Perform
gynecologic surgery in-office and at Texas Health Presbyterian
Hospital Allen Serve scheduled 24-hour call shifts from home as
backup to in-house CNMs (CNMs are onsite 24/7) Collaborate closely
with an interdisciplinary care team Participate in quality
improvement initiatives Who We’re Looking For Residents seeking a

Experienced OB/GYNs seeking a sustainable, high-quality,
patient-centered model Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
