Children's Health as the Program Manager, Talent Development in
Dallas, Texas! Permanent | Hybrid The Position - The Program
Manager, Talent Development, will be responsible for supporting and
advancing the Children's Talent Strategy through practical,
business-driven talent solutions. - This position will report to
the Senior Director, Talent Management and Organizational
Development. - Working alongside senior leadership, this position
will be responsible for developing and executing a robust talent
development and strategic plan, including talent planning,
succession, bench planning, career pathing, and individual
development planning in alignment with enterprise business
objectives. - Ideal candidates will be subject matter experts with
demonstrated experience in designing and implementing effective
talent management strategies and processes. The ability to navigate
ambiguity, paired with strong consulting, communication, and
organizational skills, will be essential to success. - This
position primarily offers a hybrid work arrangement, with in-office
days coordinated with leadership. Candidates must reside in Texas
or be willing to relocate. Requirements - Bachelor's degree
required; Master's degree preferred. - Certification in learning
and/or talent development is strongly preferred. - Experience
working with project management platforms such as Asana (or
similar) required. - Minimum of seven years of experience in
learning and development, including at least five years in a
leadership role, required. The Organization - Children's Health, a
