growing, dynamic physician group in the Dallas suburbs. This role
is ideal for physicians seeking a primarily inpatient-focused
position while maintaining a connection to outpatient care. The
practice emphasizes work-life balance, a supportive team
environment, and opportunities for professional growth. Role
Highlights: Primarily inpatient care: 4 days per week in the
hospital, ½ day per week in the outpatient clinic Manage a
reasonable patient load (15–20 hospital patients/day) Limited
hospital coverage: assigned to only 1–2 hospitals out of the 14 in
the group Shared call schedule: 1 in 4 weekends Collaborative,
