U.S. Renal Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team for the Home Hemodialysis program. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide specialized dialysis care and support in the comfort of patients' homes. The selected candidate will manage all aspects of home hemodialysis treatment, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety are met. Perform initial patient assessment, evaluate health status and initiate dialysis as prescribed Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record information Identify irregular dialysis reactions and notify appropriate medical team members Teach patients about their treatments and home dialysis machine operation while maintaining emotional support Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop patient care plans Maintain accurate health care records and reports Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols Expertise in dialysis therapy and patient care management Ability to operate dialysis equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to teach patients and families regarding treatments and home procedures Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Nephrology Nursing preferred
