Lead APP - Oscar Primary Care to join our Oscar Primary Care team.

a doctor in the family. About the role: You'll deliver care as part
of a multidisciplinary team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs),
Registered Nurses (RNs), and Medical Assistants, delivering
world-class care using a unique and innovative care model. You will
manage a panel of patients primarily virtually while coordinating
in-person care when required. Additionally, you will supervise a
team of APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care to patients to their
patient panels. You will report into the Medical Director, Virtual
Primary Care. Hours: M-F 8a - 7p ET; no weekends Work Location:
This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of
the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida,
Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New
York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Note,
this list of states is subject to change. Pay Transparency: The
base pay for this role is: $118,400 - $155,400 per year. You are
also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's
unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care via telemedicine
(video, phone, messaging) while working with a multidisciplinary
team Provide guidance to a group of APPs (NPs and PAs) who are
delivering care in a virtual environment and provide professional &
clinical growth Clinical escalation point for the care delivery
team (APPs, RNs, MAs) Support development of clinical guidelines,
continuous improvement of care model, and participate in
collaborative projects with Operations and Product team members as
a clinical leader. Be accountable for the quality of care of your
patients Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Other
duties as assigned Requirements: Must have GA, TX, or FL license in
good standing Willingness to be licensed in additional states with
our assistance, working with our licensing vendor Additional state
licenses or willing to be licensed in additional Oscar OPC states,
also in good standing DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program
Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC) 5 years of
primary/urgent care experience 1 year Experience delivering care in
a community-based / in person setting Bonus points: Spanish
language fluency Prior telehealth experience 1 years experience in
supervising teams, including other clinical staff NP and PA
supervision Experience being metric driven in a practice setting as
it relates to population health management and/or, quality
