Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals. Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Engage in regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes. Utilize pipelines to assess potential success in assigned territories. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment. Support marketing efforts to promote therapy services within the community. Experience/Qualifications Valid PTA license in Texas and relevant certifications. Eagerness to participate in ongoing professional development and training. Experience in physical therapy settings preferred, with a focus on patient care. Capability to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Strong communication skills to interact with patients and families effectively. Ability to collaborate with physical therapists on treatment plans. Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation of patient treatments.
