Most days wrap up ahead of schedule, callbacks are minimal, and post-call days are protected. CRNAs practice autonomously in a supportive environment with a straightforward, bread-and-butter focus and optional regional anesthesia exposure for those interested. The position is structured as a full-time permanent1099 role with competitive annual compensation and standard time off, designed to support long-term retention rather than short-term intensity. Located in East Texas , the area offers lakes, outdoor recreation, low congestion, and an affordable cost of living with easy access to Tyler and Longview as well as larger metro areas — an ideal balance of space, comfort, and consistency.
