is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team for a
locum tenens assignment. Practice Setting Outpatient medical
setting Patients are aged 2 and up Average volume of 12-15 patients
per day Charting: Epic Cases and Procedures Full primary care
(physicals, chronic condition management, acute episodic care, full
lab services, immunizations, shots) Minor acute care Schedule
Dates: 2/16/26-5/10/26 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; 7a-6p
No call Requirements Certified Family Nurse Practitioner BLS and
DEA certifications required Indiana medical license Minimum of 36
