About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Job.com to
find a qualified Pediatrics RN in Tyler, Texas, 75701! Deliver
safe, evidence-based nursing care to pediatric patients on a
MedSurg/Telemetry unit. Manage patient loads of 1:4 ratios on days,
nights, and weekends. Perform IV starts, peripheral line care,
phlebotomy, and pediatric dosage calculations. Monitor telemetry
(remote and unit-based) and recognize early warning signs using
PEWS. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including
Respiratory Therapy, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Services, and
Rapid Response Teams. Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
Work every other weekend; 36 hours of non-billable orientation
