Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Lufkin, Texas. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN
- Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job
Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A
minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is
required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks.
Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial
assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Med
Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to
6:00 AM • Schedule varies with no call requirements • No floating
between units • 13-week assignment duration • 1 years of Med
Surg/Telemetry/Ortho experience required • Required certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS • Patient ratio: 6:1 • 60-bed unit • Dress code:
Dark Navy Blue scrubs • EMR system: MEDHOST • Must live greater
than 50 miles from facility • Must provide permanent home address
and social security number on submission Facility: This healthcare
facility provides comprehensive medical and surgical services with
specialized telemetry monitoring capabilities. The organization
operates a 60-bed medical surgical telemetry unit and utilizes
MEDHOST electronic medical record system to ensure efficient
patient care documentation and communication among healthcare
