Job Description Primary Care Opening Outside of Tyler, TexasLocation: Lindale, TX Nearby Cities: Tyler 15 m, Longview 45 m Type: Full-Time, Permanent Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join its team in Lindale, Texas. This opportunity is within a physician-led, not-for-profit organization offering modern facilities and strong administrative support. Practice Overview:Join a team of 7 physicians and 3 APCs Established patient panel Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ½-day administrative time included Patient panel: 18–20 patients/day Modern clinic with access to ER, radiology, and full-service lab EMR: Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings AI-integrated resources to streamline documentation and reduce burnout Compensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation and benefits package Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance CME allowance Comprehensive malpractice with tail coverage Student loan repayment: Up to $125,000 ($25,000 annually starting after year 1), if eligible Residency stipend available Financial advantage of no state income tax in Texas About the Area:Lindale is a growing East Texas community known for its family-friendly atmosphere, excellent schools, and outdoor recreation.
