Job Description Description Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine
team in Athens, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to provide
comprehensive primary care in a supportive outpatient environment
focused on patient-centered care and long-term wellness. Key
Responsibilities - Deliver full-scope family medicine services,
including preventive, acute, and chronic care management - Conduct
routine physicals, wellness exams, and screenings for patients of
all ages - Diagnose and manage common medical conditions and minor
injuries - Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and
imaging - Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans in
collaboration with supervising physicians - Provide patient
education on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic care
management - Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the
EMR Qualifications - Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner
or Physician Assistant - National board certification (AANP, ANCC,
or NCCPA) - Minimum of 1 year of experience in family medicine or
primary care preferred - Strong communication and clinical skills -
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
within a team Schedule & Compensation - Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM –
5:00 PM schedule - Competitive compensation based on experience -
