The Role: •Location: Montalba/ Palestine, TX •Assignment duration: Locum Obstetrics/Gynecology needed to start ASAP and work ongoing •TX license preferred. •Dates Needed: Jan 1-5, 15-19 Feb 1-2,5-9, 13-16, 26-28, March 1-2,13-17 •Coverage: 24hr call. •Preferred Specialty Skills: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic), Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section, Complicated delivery, C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC 39;s, Repair of 3rd; 4th degree lacerations, Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc., Surgical gynecology -, Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA 39;s, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA 39;s, Laser certification. •Call Type: Beeper. •Practice Settings: Inpatient. •Fellowship: Preferred. •NRP required. •ACLS, ABLS, ATLS. BLS, PAL.S. •Licensed in TX only. •EMR: MEDHOST. •Credentialing: 1 week for temps.
