Key Details - Assignment Type: Locum Tenens - Setting: Outpatient Clinic - Start Date: January 1st, specific dates available - Schedule: Varied dates from January to March - Patient Population: All Ages - Location: Palestine, TX - Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates Benefits - • Weekly direct deposit - • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage - • Supportive credentialing assistance - • Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) - • Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care - Manage low and high-risk pregnancies - Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds and other relevant procedures - Conduct routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and VBACs - Conduct office/minor gynecology procedures and surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic) Qualifications - Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology - Required Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and others as needed - Experience with low and high-risk pregnancies preferred - Proficient in various gynecological procedures and surgeries Working Hours - Scheduled varied dates from January to March Skills - Excellent decision-making skills in emergency situations - Strong proficiency in FHR interpretation, ultrasounds, and delivery techniques - Ability to perform complex surgical procedures related to gynecology and obstetrics - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams
